ISPA is looking to highlight innovative efforts implemented by members to retain, recruit, engage and recognize the heart of our organizations - our talent.  If you or your organization has implemented an effective workforce strategy or activity relating to these efforts, we'd love to hear from you.  The more ideas we share as an organization, the stronger we'll be as we compete against other industries vying for today's top talent.  

By submitting an innovation or successful effort via this form you are granting ISPA permission to share the information.  All ISPA member innovations submitted by January 17 will be compiled and highlighted at the 2020 ISPA Talent Symposium April 15 in Santa Barbara, California.
