Presentations from 8 a.m. - 3:45 p.m.
The 2018 SHIP Statewide Meeting brings together all Statewide Health Improvement Partnership (SHIP) grantees, Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) staff and other partners to reflect on accomplishments; build skills for maximizing the impact of SHIP; learn about statewide and local SHIP strategy initiatives; advance the health equity narrative; and continue to network and strengthen our state – local public health partnership.
