Minnesota Department of Health's Condom Distribution Project

Certain agencies have been deemed eligible to participate in the Minnesota Department of Health's Condom Distribution Project. To participate, please complete your submission before: Monday, November 20, 2017.
The order must be submitted by Monday, November 20, 2017, no exceptions will be made. The distributor will mail shipments directly to you. All orders will be shipped after the Monday, November 20,2017 deadline, regardless of order date. Products will arrive 4-5 weeks after shipment.

Select condoms

There are two kinds of condoms to choose from:

Atlas Ultra-Lubed (U-L) male condoms (1,000 per case) Atlas Ultra-Lubed Condoms are made with a special clear latex formulation which is extremely elastic for greater comfort and sensation. Lubricated with reservoir tip.

Atlas X-Large (X-L) male condoms (1,000 per case) Atlas Extra Large condoms are roomier with added length and width to enhance comfort. The silky smooth latex formulation provides both confidence and sensitivity. Lubricated with a reservoir tip.
Cases will not be split.

Select lubricant

Move 3 ml. foils - silicone lubricant (500 per case)

Oasis 4.5 ml square foils - water based lubricant (1,000 per case)
