Tips From Former Smokers® (Tips®), is paid national tobacco education campaign that profiles real people who are living with serious long-term health effects from smoking and secondhand smoke exposure.Tips has featured compelling stories offormer smokers living with smoking-related diseases and disabilities andthe toll these conditions have taken on them.

The Tips® campaign can help people in your owncommunity quit smoking. Below are posters that encourage people who use commercial tobacco to talk to their health care team, or to call QUITPLAN Serivces for free help. These posters can be hung in health care offices, waiting rooms, community centers, or any other place where there may be people who use tobacco.
