Age Well Study

The Age Well Study is a five-year research study in which residents of Life Plan Communities from across the United States complete an annual survey about their experiences, beliefs, and perceptions. The aim of this important research is to assess the impact of residing in a Life Plan Community on various wellness-related outcomes. Your participation will help us gain a better understanding of how residing in a Life Plan Community may affect residents’ health and wellness.
