If your organization has broken new ground, blazed a trail, or discovered new territory in the world of serving older adults, we want to hear all about it! The Promising Practices Award exists in order to spread the word on revolutionary, game-changing ideas so that other organizations can consider them, adopt them, or adapt them.
Please keep this in mind as you complete this application. It may end up being used as a blueprint for implementing your Promising Practice around the country or around the world!
