Chicagoland Research Symposium – Poster Submission Form

Thank you for your interest in presenting a poster of your research at the Mather LifeWays Institute on Aging's Chicagoland Research Symposium on October 13, 2017. A $250 prize will be awarded for the best poster presented at this event.

Posters that have been previously presented at conferences or other symposiums will be accepted.

To present a poster, please fill out and submit the below application form by September 15, 2017.
