#ucisadigcap

A 60 min tech talk hosted by the UCISA Digital Capability Group with guest presenters Karen Barton, University of Hertfordshire and Elaine Swift, Nottingham Trent University.

Many people are at the stage where they are about to or are already embedding digital skills for staff. This tech talk is about the experience of two universities and their approach of embedding Digital Capabilities for academics and researchers. It will also include an audience fuelled discussion on what approaches could work for professional service staff and ask the question, “Is there a need for a Professional Services staff curriculum?”.

If you would like to contribute to the discussion please fill out our short survey on the next page. Due to time restrictions, we will invite a small selection of the audience to speak on the day.

Presenters: Karen Barton, University of Hertfordshire and Elaine Swift, Nottingham Trent University.
Webinar tool: Skype for Business

Please note that the session will be recorded and uploaded to the UCISA website and YouTube channel.
