National HPV Vaccination Roundtable Membership Survey
The purpose of the National HPV Vaccination Roundtable is to increase HPV vaccination coverage. Key activities include increased awareness, provider education, public education, systems changes, and health policy efforts. The American Cancer Society has led the development of the HPV Roundtable by convening a national coalition of public, private, and voluntary organizations dedicated to increasing HPV vaccination coverage in the United States. Through coordinated leadership, strategic planning, and action, we can reduce HPV-associated cancers and related deaths.
The National HPV Vaccination Roundtable is a national coalition of public, private, and voluntary organizations dedicated to increasing HPV vaccination coverage in the United States. Organizations who apply to become a member of the Roundtable will elect a representative to participate in Roundtable efforts on behalf of their organization.
Organizations or individuals must meet one or more of the criteria listed below to qualify for membership:
a. Have a strong interest in increasing HPV vaccine coverage or in reducing HPV-associated cancer incidence, morbidity and mortality;
b. Have outstanding expertise and reputation in HPV vaccination or HPV-associated cancer research;
c. Have special expertise in HPV vaccination or HPV-associated cancer prevention, early detection, or treatment;
d. Have the ability to deliver HPV education;
e. Have the ability to deliver HPV vaccination services;
f. Have expertise relevant to expanding HPV vaccination.
