Information Literacy Fluency Survey

Dear JSU New Freshman:

You are invited to participate in a research project entitled Information Literacy Fluency for JSU new freshmen. The purpose of this survey is to identify the quality and the quantity of the information search skills of the undergraduate students entering JSU.

This research has the potential to benefit all JSU freshmen by improving their information literacy skills. Ultimately, we hope that this research will lead to more appropriate services to support recommendations for the integration of information literacy into the university curriculum.

If you have any questions about your rights as a research participant, please contact the Jacksonville State University Human Subjects Review Board (This study has been reviewed and received approval through Jacksonville State University’s Human Subjects Review Board, file #H060614).

Please complete the survey as soon as possible. Click "Next" below to start the survey. Upon finishing this survey, you have a chance to win a 25-Dollar Target gift card.
