How does LifeSigns for Leaders work?

Step #1: Have a "Vertical Conversation" with God

"Search me, O God, and know my heart;
test me and know my anxious thoughts.
And reveal any hurtful way in me,
and lead me in the everlasting way."
– Psalm 139:23-24

Notice the VERBS in this verse: God is doing the searching, testing, and revealing—not you. LifeSigns is not about self-evaluation, it is an intimate conversation with God, who knows you inside and out.

Step #2: Have a "Horizontal Conversation" with someone you trust

"As iron sharpens iron,
so a friend sharpens a friend."
– Proverbs 27:17

The idea is to have a candid conversation with another leader. We're to humbly encourage each other as friends in Christ.

Once you've completed Step #1 of LifeSigns, the system will generate your 30-page Growth Plan in a confidential and secure manner. You do NOT have to show your results to anyone. Yet you can share what you've learned in your "horizontal conversation" with another leader you trust.

From this point forward, we've worded the questions as if God the Father is speaking directly with you (because He is). [image]

Obviously, our questions are not inspired scripture – but you’ll quickly see they’re all closely based on scripture.

We're praying you will have an intimate conversation with the One who made you, knows you, and loves you unconditionally.
