Operations Positions and Job Descriptions:

Material Handler Warehouse: Material handlers perform a variety of functions associated with receipt, storage, and shipment and movement of material in the warehouse. Must be able to lift up to 65 lbs, stand for long periods of time, and be able to operate forklifts, pallet jack, strapping machines and hand scanners. 

Production Clerk Data Preparation: Process Clerks are responsible for opening and accounting for all mail receipts, as well as, coding, assembling, and batching received documents. Other duties include checking for accuracy on order documents. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs, have strong clerical skills, write legibly, be able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time, push carts up to 200 lbs, have PC skills, and interpret, comprehend, and apply written and verbal instructions. 

Associate Machine Operator Scanning: Machine Operators work in the Scanning department assisting with departmental processing for slitting, scanning, and image processing. Duties include operating scanning equipment, automated slitters, and personal computers. Must be able to utilize the following equipment: scanners, automated slitters, PC. Need to have attention to detail, be able to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 20-65 lbs occasionally and 10 lbs repetitively and be able to read on-screen messages. 

Associate Machine Operator Security Processing: Machine Operators sort, organize, and use barcode scanning machines to scan secure materials into the company mainframe database. Responsibilities include searching returned testing materials for “live” answer documents to be pulled and sent to a separate processing facility. Must be able to lift and open boxes up to 65 lbs. Ability to perform physical duties including standing for long periods, lifting, gripping, and stacking.

Associate Image Edit Clerk: The Image Edit position requires attention to detail and strong PC skills. Image Edit Clerks perform data entry, compare source documents against scanned data and are responsible for a variety of tasks that result in identifying and resolving all edits designed for a project. Must be able to write legibly, have strong computer skills, attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy. This position requires sitting for long periods of time, lifting up to 25 lbs occasionally and 10 lbs repetitively, and pushing carts up to 200 lbs. Must be able to type at least 30-40 words per minute and data entry/10-key 3500 keystrokes per hour.

Production Clerk Packaging: 
This position requires a team player with initiative, the ability to multitask, as well as the capability to work independently. Responsibilities include packaging and sealing test materials for shipping, checking assembled materials for completeness, and maintaining logs of shipments. Must be able to lift up up to 40 pounds repeatedly and up to 50 pounds occasionally, and stand for long periods of time. Flexibility and the ability to work overtime on short notice are key aspects of this position, as well as having mechanical skills and attention to detail.

Material Handler Forklift Operator: Our forklift operators work in a non-climate controlled warehouse moving and lifting boxes and pallets from one location to another. Responsibilities include using a handheld scanner to track pallets and cycle counts of materials for inventory purposes as well as using forklifts, electric pallet-jacks, and order selectors. Must be able to lift up to 65lbs, read, count, have familiarity with narrow aisle turret trucks, comply with safety guidelines and sit, bend, stand, and stoop for extended periods of time.

Material Handler Receiving: Work is in a non-climate controlled warehouse.  Responsibilities include receiving and accounting for test materials, filling boxes with product and preparing them to be shipped back to the customer. Duties include unloading material from trucks and other vehicles onto a conveyor belt, sorting boxes, attaching mailing labels and taping boxes. Must be able to read, count, lift up to 65lbs and sit, bend, stand, and stoop for extended periods of time.
  
Prospective applicants will have the following qualifications:
- A High School or GED Diploma preferred 
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Previous experience working within a manufacturing environment preferred
